Toppay provides online payment processing solutions globally and assists you or your authorised representative in accepting online payments, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, local payment methods, merchant payments, and other ancillary services ("Services"), subject to the Terms of Use (you should carefully read all terms before using the services).

Toppay's services require registration and account creation with Toppay as described below, and may also require the signing of additional documents between us and your authorised representative, as well as between any relevant financial institutions and/or authorities and your authorised representative, which will be executed from time to time.

By registering or using any information posted on this website and/or services, you voluntarily and agree to accept the authorisation of these Terms of Use, agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and commit to act in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use and the rules set forth therein, as they may be updated from time to time, without any reservation.

Toppay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole and exclusive discretion; such changes will be posted on the website and will take effect upon posting or on a subsequent date notified by Zota.
