Terms for this site and sandbox

These terms govern your use of this website, the documentation, and the sandbox. They are not the contract that lets you move money.

Live collections, payouts, settlement, fees, reserves, and chargeback handling live in a signed merchant or partner agreement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

This site is for business use. By using it you confirm you are at least eighteen, acting for a business, and authorised to represent it.

TopPay does not onboard businesses or people subject to sanctions, and access from restricted jurisdictions is refused.

Coverage, payment methods, settlement currencies, and timings described here are what TopPay operates in general terms. What is switched on for you depends on diligence, the market's licensing, and your risk profile.

Figures such as processed volume, merchant counts, or uptime are historical and illustrative. They are not a service level and they are not a forecast.

Sandbox credentials are for integration testing. No real funds move, data may be reset without notice, and rate limits apply.

• Keep secret keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with your keys.
• Do not point production traffic or real customer data at the sandbox.
• Do not probe, load-test, or work around limits without written approval.

Using this site or the sandbox means agreeing to the lines below.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, and no money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or copying the site to stand up a competing service.
• No interference with the security, availability, or integrity of the platform.
• No use for the business categories your agreement lists as restricted.

The TopPay name, wordmark, product copy, and design are ours. You may reference and link to public pages; you may not present them as your own work.

Payment method names and logos shown here belong to their owners and appear only to identify the rails TopPay supports.

Links to partner, regulator, or documentation sites are provided for convenience. TopPay does not control that content and is not responsible for it.

The website, the documentation, and the sandbox are provided as they are. We work to keep them up, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Production service levels, where they exist, are set in your signed agreement.

To the extent the law allows, TopPay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of this website or the sandbox.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here replaces the liability terms of a signed agreement.

We run KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring, and we are obliged to act on what those controls surface. That can mean asking for more information, holding a payment, or ending a relationship.

We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement in the markets we are licensed or registered in.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tracks the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
